How do I re-order?

We know you like to keep things real, simple. So we’ve made it that way. To re-order, all you need to do is go to your Leap Account page. View a previous order and click ‘Order Again’. Boom. Your shopping cart will be populated with those items.

Are my details safe?

There’s a few things we take seriously: Sunday BBQs, road directions, and your security. If you were wondering, we use SSL 3.0 (Secure Socket Layer) technology. It’s real, good. So like a good sunscreen application, you can feel protected.

If you’re paying with a credit card, it’s secure via our Secure Pay or Paypal hosted payment page. We don’t capture or store any of your details, so it’s like you were never here. Real, smooth.

Can I get a refund?

If your product arrives damaged, or we’ve sent the wrong items, sorry about that. We’re real men, after all. Let us know within 7 days of purchase and if we can’t resolve your issue, we’ll happily refund it. Goods need to be unopened in their original packaging to be refunded. You get it.

If you’ve simply changed your mind about your products, you can’t get a refund. So before you check out, make sure you’ve got the right items.

We know you don’t want to wait long to see your money, so we refund quickly. You’ll see the money refunded onto the card you used to pay with.

Refunds are made at our discretion. We’ll fork out the return postage of incorrect or damaged orders only.
